Welcome to ETAA-BALTIMORE

Our youth organization is dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for young people to learn, grow, and build lasting relationships. With a focus on education, recreation, and community involvement, we help youth develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life. Our programs and activities are designed to be fun, engaging, and relevant to the needs and interests of our members. We welcome all youth, regardless of background or ability, and strive to create a supportive and inclusive community for everyone.



Through Our Eyes: A Visual Story of ETAA's Leadership

Jennell Dickens, MBA, LSSGB, is the founder of Education Through Arts and Athletics, Inc. She is a strategist, entrepreneur, and community leader whose work spans healthcare, federal government, nonprofit leadership, and business consulting. 

Destinii Williams, BSN, is a self-published author, educator, writer, and editor with over a decade of experience. She specializes in children’s literature, self-help, poetry, strategic corporate communications, curriculum development. She is deeply committed to helping clients within the Baltimore community realize their creative visions. 

Sharita Crider, NP

Sharita Crider,  FNP-C, MSN, BSN, CCRN, ARN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner practicing in Primary Care at CVS MinuteClinic. Born and raised in East Baltimore, her heart lies in working within the communities from which she is a shining product of  because there are so many more young individuals to reach, mentor, and guide. Her philosophy is simple, "The more we know, the better we can advocate for ourselves."  

  

Pandora Beasley-Timpson ,MBA  is an alumna of both Towson University and the University of Maryland. A veteran of the US Navy, she served honorably before transitioning into a multifaceted career in Finance and Federal Service. Working with youth and the community brings Pandora immense joy because she easily sees the potential and creativity in both as boundless.

 Tamika Redfern, BSN, RN, ABPANC is a  Nurse at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. A Baltimore-native and proud graduate from HBCUs Morgan State University & Howard University with Bachelor's in Biology and Nursing.  Tamika is passionate about igniting curiosity and empowering the next generation, one lesson at a time.
